Social media copy fails in one of three ways: it sounds like the brand talking to itself, it treats all platforms as interchangeable, or it optimises for vanity metrics (likes, follows) rather than the business objective behind the content. Every piece of social copy we write has a specific platform convention and a specific business objective behind it.

Instagram copy is not LinkedIn copy. The reading context is different, the algorithm rewards different engagement signals, and the audience expectation of what they are about to read is completely different. We write for each platform based on its specific behavioural conventions. A strong Instagram hook does not work as a LinkedIn post opening.

Monthly packages include a content calendar, copy written per platform and per post type, and subject line or hook variants where relevant. We also include a brief monthly performance review to identify which content types are performing and adjust accordingly.

We write social copy in English and Italian. For brands operating across both markets, we produce each version natively rather than translating. Platform-specific formatting (character limits, hashtag strategy, tagging conventions) is included as standard.
