Data is processed to: deliver requested services; send order confirmations and project communications; fulfil legal and fiscal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Retention

Transaction data: 10 years (Italian tax law). Project files: deleted within 60 days of delivery. Contact data: 3 years from last interaction.
