Every order includes free revision rounds within 14 days of delivery.
Before discovery
Full refund if you cancel before the discovery call or any work being performed.
After discovery
50% refund. The discovery phase represents work already performed.
After first draft
No refund. The primary work has been delivered. All revisions to meet the agreed brief are included.
