Product pages operate in a specific context: the reader arrived because the product matched what they were searching for, but they need a reason to commit. The copy has to do two things: confirm they are in the right place (matching the language of their search intent) and then close the remaining gap between interest and purchase. That means understanding the objections specific to the product category, the typical comparison set the buyer is considering, and what the emotional trigger is for this type of purchase. A description that just lists ingredients or specs does not do any of this.
Yes. We write in English and Italian, natively, for most services. Product descriptions, website copy, email sequences, and social content are all available in both languages. For projects requiring both, each language version is written separately for its own audience rather than translated. We also write bilingual content where English-Italian pairs need to sound consistent across markets.
Batch projects can range from 10 to 200+ SKUs. For larger batches, we develop category guides and a product voice framework in the first phase, then write in batches with quality checks at each stage. The Adriatica Beauty project covered 186 SKUs in six weeks. Timeline and per-unit pricing vary by category complexity, product type, and whether bilingual versions are needed.
Standard delivery is a Google Doc or clean Word/DOCX file with track changes off and copy ready to paste or hand to a developer. For e-commerce projects, we can deliver in CSV format matching your platform's import template (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) if that simplifies the migration. For email projects, we provide send-ready HTML versions if needed. Video scripts are delivered with time codes and speaker notes.
Yes. Physical product descriptions (clothing, food, beauty, hardware, household) and digital product descriptions (software, courses, downloads, subscriptions) have different conventions and different buyer psychology. We have written for both. The approach differs: physical products often benefit from sensory and context language, while digital products require more precision around outcomes and specific feature explanations.
Additional revision rounds are available at a fixed fee per round, regardless of the volume of changes. We have a clear policy: included rounds cover changes within the original brief scope. If the brief changes during the project (new requirements, shifted positioning, new target audience), we discuss whether that constitutes a new brief and scope it accordingly. We have never had a project that could not be resolved through the included rounds when the original brief was clear.
